The City People's Committee has just issued Decision No. 2825/QD-UBND on allocating 13,705m2 of land in Phung Thuong commune to the People's Committee of Phuc Tho district to implement the project of building Phung Thuong commune Kindergarten and Decision No. 2826/QD-UBND on allocating 7,751.2m2 of land in Lien Hiep commune to the People's Committee of Phuc Tho district to implement the project of building Lien Hiep Central Kindergarten.

According to Decision No. 2825/QD-UBND, the location, boundary and area of ​​the land for project implementation are determined in the 1/500 scale master plan drawing prepared by AVITYCO Architecture and Construction Joint Stock Company, confirmed by the Urban Management Department of Phuc Tho district to be consistent with Document No. 1450/UBND-QLDT of the People's Committee of Phuc Tho district. In the total area of ​​13,705m2, including: Land area within the red line boundary 3,448.9m2; land area for irrigation canal restoration 518.3m2; school land area 9,737.8m2 with the form of use being State land allocation, no land use fee collection.

In Decision No. 2826/QD-UBND, the location, boundary and area of ​​the land for project implementation are determined in the 1/500 scale master plan drawing prepared by AVITYCO Architecture and Construction Joint Stock Company and confirmed by the Urban Management Department of Phuc Tho district that the drawing is consistent with Document No. 1192/UBND-QLDT of the People's Committee of Phuc Tho district. The total area is 7,751.2m², including: 7,513.6m2 of kindergarten construction area and 237.6m2 of land area within the red line. The form of land use is that the People's Committee of Phuc Tho district is allocated land by the State, without collecting land use fees.

Phuc Tho District People's Committee is responsible for the origin, land use, site clearance, compliance with current regulations on construction investment project management; conformity of the project with investment content, basic design documents, approved construction drawing design, safety level, ensuring safety of the project when put into use; compliance with regulations on environment, fire prevention and fighting, ensuring overall planning, synchronous connection of technical infrastructure in the area; contact the Department of Agriculture and Environment to prepare a dossier of land handover landmarks according to regulations; use land for the right purpose, boundary, and area assigned.

The Department of Agriculture and Environment is responsible for determining boundaries and handing over land on the field to the People's Committee of Phuc Tho district.
