On December 15, Go Vap District Police (HCMC) brought a young man suspected of being high on drugs who climbed onto the rooftop of a 3-story house to safety.

Initial information, at 7:00 a.m. the same day, people discovered a young man named NH (33 years old), suspected of being "high on drugs" and suspected of being exposed to HIV, suddenly stuck on the roof of a 3-story building in alley 137, Truong Dang Que street, ward 3, so they called the authorities.

Go Vap District Police arrived and recorded that NH had a dislocated ankle and was unable to move.

The police then provided first aid and brought NH safely to the ground. The police force is currently preparing a file to serve the next professional work.
