For the admission method using high school academic results (report cards), the score of each subject used in the admission combination is the average score of 4 semesters of the 11th and 12th grade years (from semester 1 of grade 11 to semester 2 of grade 12), rounded to 2 decimal places.

With the method of considering the capacity assessment test scores organized by Ho Chi Minh City National University, the floor score is from 601/1,200, applied to all majors, except teacher training majors.

For the Agricultural Technical Pedagogy major, in addition to the requirement for competency assessment scores, candidates need to meet additional conditions: good academic results for the entire 12th grade year (academic performance ranked from excellent or higher) or high school graduation score from 8 or higher.

For the Preschool Education sector, Ho Chi Minh City University of Agriculture and Forestry does not use the 2025 Ho Chi Minh City National University's capacity assessment exam results for admission.
