The 12th Annual K-pop Fan Festival in Vietnam

On July 18, the Korean Cultural Center in Vietnam announced that it will coordinate with the Korea Creative Content Agency and Seoul Newspaper to organize the K-pop Lovers Festival 2025 on July 19-20 at Tran Nhan Tong walking street, Nguyen Du ward, Hanoi city.

This is the 12th year the program has been held to create a healthy playground, inspiring young K-pop fans to share the passion for singing and dancing K-pop which is growing stronger in Vietnam. Last year's festival attracted tens of thousands of attendees.

The free program includes exciting activities such as decorating K-pop items, dancing K-pop, singing like an idol, exploring Korean tourism , and learning about Korean copyrights from 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.

In particular, the two nights of dancing and singing will be the most anticipated K-pop stages of the year for the K-pop lover community.

Specifically, at 7:00 p.m. on July 19 (Saturday), the 10 most talented dance groups of the K-pop Cover Dance Festival 2025 selected from Hanoi, Da Nang, and Ho Chi Minh City will have the opportunity to "burn" with passion through impressive K-pop cover dance performances with choreographer/dancer Yechan (Korea) from 1Million Dance Studio - the birthplace of many famous choreographies of top Korean singers and groups and singer My Anh (Vietnam).

Next, at 7:00 p.m. on July 20 (Sunday), the 13 best young people in the K-pop singing category selected from Hanoi, Da Nang, and Ho Chi Minh City will show their talents on the big stage with famous Vietnamese singers such as Lam Bao Ngoc and Cong B (Nguyen Thanh Cong).

Mr. Choi Seung Jin, Director of the Korean Cultural Center in Vietnam shared: “K-pop is currently one of the most popular Korean cultural contents globally. I hope this year's festival will continue to be a useful playground, connecting K-pop lovers, a must-see destination with many attractive cultural experiences in the capital Hanoi”.

At the end of the program, the best performing group out of 10 groups in the singing category will be selected to participate in the K-pop Cover Dance Festival World Final 2025 organized by Seoul Newspaper scheduled for September in Seoul.
