At the ceremony, representatives of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee and socio -political organizations of Duy Xuyen district announced the decisions to establish the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee and socio-political organizations of Duy Tan commune (new).

At the same time, the decision to appoint the Executive Committee, Standing Committee, Chairman, Vice Chairmen of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, Women's Union, Farmers' Association, Grassroots Trade Union, Veterans' Association, Secretary and Deputy Secretary of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of Duy Tan commune (new) was announced.

After its establishment, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee and socio-political organizations of Duy Tan commune (new) reviewed and supplemented the action program, the entire working program, the goals and key tasks of the two merged units (Duy Thu commune entering Duy Tan commune) to suit the actual situation, promoting the strength of "Unity, unity, great unity. Success, success, great success".
