Establishment of the Management Board of Economic Zones and Industrial Parks of Ninh Binh province
According to the Decision, the Management Board of Economic Zones and Industrial Parks of Ninh Binh province was established on the basis of merging the Management Board of Industrial Parks of Ninh Binh province, the Management Board of Economic Zones and Industrial Parks of Nam Dinh province and the Management Board of Industrial Parks of Ha Nam province.
The Management Board of Economic Zones and Industrial Parks of Ninh Binh Province (the Management Board) is an agency under the People's Committee of Ninh Binh Province, performing the function of direct state management of economic zones and industrial parks in Ninh Binh Province; managing and organizing the implementation of the function of providing public administrative services and other support services related to investment, production and business activities for enterprises in economic zones and industrial parks according to the provisions of law.
The Management Board has legal status, an account, a seal bearing the National Emblem; state administrative management expenses, career operation expenses of the Management Board and development investment capital are provided by the state budget according to the plan and other funding sources according to regulations of competent state agencies.
Duties and powers of the Management Board
The Management Board performs duties and powers in accordance with current laws.
The Head of the Management Board shall submit to the People's Committee of Ninh Binh province for specific regulations on the functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Management Board in accordance with the provisions of law.
This Decision takes effect from the date of signing and promulgation (June 28, 2025); repeals Decision No. 238/QD-TTg on the establishment of the Management Board of Industrial Parks of Ha Nam province and Decision No. 1010/QD-TTg on the establishment of the Management Board of Economic Zones and Industrial Parks of Nam Dinh province.
The People's Committee of Ninh Binh province is responsible for coordinating with the Ministry of Justice to review and propose the abolition of Decision No. 35/2004/QD-TTg on the establishment of the Ninh Binh Provincial Industrial Parks Management Board and Decision No. 238/2003/QD-TTg on the establishment of the Nam Dinh Provincial Industrial Parks Management Board in accordance with the provisions of law.
