In order to ensure infrastructure, digital platform and synchronous information system in the process of merging provinces, at 4:00 p.m. on July 2, 16 engineers from 4 technical teams of VNPT Lam Dong, divided into three construction teams, departed from Da Lat along National Highway 27 with a distance of 190 km; from Bao Loc along National Highway 28 with a distance of 110 km; from Da Teh along National Highway 55 with a distance of 130 km, to Gia Nghia to repair and upgrade the video conferencing equipment system in Dak Nong (old) which had seriously degraded and did not meet the required quality. After 15 hours of "combat" with technical staff of VNPT Dak Nong, the links of equipment disassembly, transmission line declaration and network connection, coordination with local authorities... each step, each step was accurate and timely.
Mr. Trinh Anh Tuan - Director of VNPT Lam Dong Operation Center, shared: At 3:00 a.m. on July 3, the last bridge point in Dak Mil appeared clearly, 28/28 bridges announced "online", Lam Dong Province Video Conference Center lit up, followed by an explosion of joy. Tired faces after a long sleepless night now lit up with happiness.
The new system operates smoothly, with sound and images exceeding expectations, ready to accompany the direction and operation work from the first minutes of the new day. At the same time, the transmission system is smooth, connected to the Central and the province, ready to serve the Government's online video conference with localities on the afternoon of July 3... All of this is not only a story about technology but also a testament to the solidarity, sense of responsibility and bravery of the VNPT collective.
Single “window” integration
From July 1, 2025, the National Public Service Portal will officially become a single "window" serving people and businesses. That is, from July 1, all provincial and municipal public service portals will be integrated into the National Public Service Portal. This is a key and strategic content, marking a major turning point in the effort to reform administrative procedures, aiming to improve service efficiency and bring convenient and transparent experiences to people and businesses.
Up to now, Lam Dong has connected the national public service system, payment on the national public service portal, population database, interconnected public services, civil status - justice, Land Management System (ILIS); connected to use payment services on the national public service portal (napas)... Lam Dong recorded public services (from July 1 to July 12) with more than 175 thousand/259 thousand online applications, the rate of providing online public services in the entire process was over 35.35%, the rate of providing partially online public services was 56.69%... higher than the rate of providing online public services nationwide (24.97% and 36.78%)... From the feedback and recommendations of customers, VNPT Lam Dong is trying to improve to better synchronize online with the systems of sectors, localities and the national public service portal to become a "one-stop shop" that is seamless, centralized, and complete...
