At the Vietnam - Brazil Business Forum within the framework of the working program of Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh and his wife and the high-ranking Vietnamese delegation to Brazil from November 16-19, the representative of the Vietnam Chemical Group commented on the great opportunities and potential in economic and trade cooperation between Vietnam and Brazil, as well as the nearly 20-year cooperative relationship between the Group's member unit, Danang Rubber Joint Stock Company, and OCEANSIDE ONE TRADING LLC - a multinational corporation with a global business network and a total annual trade value of over 2 billion USD.

Within the framework of the forum, witnessed by Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh, Vietnam Chemical Group and OCEANSIDE ONE Group reached agreements to sign a MOU on the association relationship between the two Groups, elevating the bilateral relationship to strategic cooperation, equality and mutual benefit. Aiming for an expected double-digit growth rate each year in many fields after the cooperation agreement is put into implementation, increasing the import-export turnover with Brazil to 500 million USD/year by 2030.
The areas of cooperation in the MOU between Vietnam Chemical Group and OCEANSIDE ONE Group include: Production and distribution of tires, fertilizers, chemicals, and related products; Conducting research, developing markets and expanding business networks; Transporting and managing supply chains effectively; Training and developing high-quality human resources.
Vietnam Chemical Group also wishes to continue to promote cooperation with partners and customers in Brazil in the Strategy for developing green chemical industrial products, in the field of digital transformation and innovation in the chemical industry. In the coming time, Vietnam Chemical Group also plans to invest and expand production in a number of areas such as: Basic chemicals, tires, electrochemistry, etc. With the spirit of "Harmonious benefits, shared risks", Vietnam Chemical Group hopes for the attention, understanding and cooperation of Brazilian partners to form joint ventures, associations, develop new products and expand the market.
