Journalist Ho Minh Chien emphasized that Hoang Truong commune is a heroic unit of the people's armed forces, where there is the first and only militiaman in the North who shot down an American jet plane with infantry guns and received a letter of praise from Uncle Ho. This is the honor and pride of the local army and people.
