On the morning of June 6, the People's Committee of Tan Chau Town held a meeting to resolve difficulties in arranging and organizing facilities for new communes and wards after the merger - when implementing the arrangement of the two-level local government organization.

Chairman of Tan Chau Town People's Committee Nguyen Thanh Lam chaired the meeting.

The Town People's Committee also assigned relevant departments and offices to provide technical and financial support and guidance on arranging suitable and synchronous facilities for new units.

At the meeting, communes, wards and representatives of VNPT Tan Chau reported the lack of facilities, inadequate office space, and inappropriate arrangement of public administration centers. In particular, many headquarters do not have Internet access, causing difficulties in handling administrative procedures.

In his concluding remarks, Chairman of Tan Chau Town People's Committee Nguyen Thanh Lam requested communes and wards to urgently coordinate with VNPT to survey and install new transmission lines, ensuring smooth connection to serve the people. At the same time, localities need to repair headquarters, arrange tables, chairs, and equipment appropriately at public administrative centers and offices.

The Town People's Committee also assigned relevant departments and offices to provide technical and financial support and guidance on arranging suitable and synchronous facilities. Completing the facilities is an important step in building a modern administration that effectively serves people and businesses after the reorganization of commune-level administrative units.
