On the heroic land of Thanh Hoa, "a land of talented people", under the absolute and direct leadership in all aspects, through 19 Provincial Party Congresses, each Party Congress has left special marks, both closing a journey and continuing to lay the foundation, the premise to open a new journey to realize the aspiration of Thanh Hoa and the whole country to rise strongly in the new era.

In the days when the sky and earth are changing to autumn, a strip of Quan Son border area is still living with excitement and joy after the success of the first Party Congress of the commune, term 2025-2030. Many banners and slogans welcoming the congress are still solemnly hung. Images of the Party flag and the national flag are still fluttering on the roads, in offices, village cultural houses, and in every household. It seems that the land and people here want to stay for a long time, to remember very carefully this especially important political event, marking an important milestone of the Party Committee of the commune after the process of arranging and streamlining the administrative apparatus, operating the 2-level local government model.

Quan Son border commune was established on the basis of merging Trung Thuong commune and Son Lu town (old), with a total natural area of ​​98.20 km2, a population of 7,511 people, including Thai, Muong, Kinh ethnic groups living together in solidarity and closeness. In the area, there is currently 1 Party Committee with 43 affiliated Party cells and more than 990 Party members. In the context of the old and the new intertwined, the new two-level local government coming into operation with many difficulties and challenges, the Party Committee, the government and the people of Quan Son commune have promoted the revolutionary tradition, made efforts, tried, promoted the spirit of solidarity, promoted the intelligence of the Party Committee, Party organizations and the consensus of the people to lead, direct and seriously and closely implement the work of preparing for the congress so that the merger really opens up more space and room for effective and sustainable development.

In addition to promoting propaganda and thoroughly disseminating to all levels of cadres, party members and the masses, the work of drafting documents and giving opinions on documents of the higher-level congresses has received special attention from the Quan Son Commune Party Committee. It focuses on analyzing and objectively and comprehensively evaluating the implementation of the recent congress resolutions of both Trung Thuong Commune and Son Lu Town (old), while closely assessing the actual situation and development practices of the locality, thereby proposing directions, key tasks, breakthroughs, and specific socio -economic targets in the coming term. The draft documents of the Quan Son Commune Party Congress were then sent to 43 subordinate Party cells in the whole commune so that a large number of cadres, party members and people could know and contribute their opinions.

Cadres, Party members, and the masses in the ward enthusiastically and actively participated in urban beautification, general cleaning of the environment around houses, residential areas, and offices; participated in practicing art performances to welcome the congress... The Party cell meetings took place both seriously and enthusiastically with many opinions contributing to the draft documents of the Party Congress of the commune. One thing that can be clearly seen is the excitement and enthusiasm of the people of all walks of life before the changes and the great trust and expectation in the future development of the commune”.

With careful, objective, democratic and principled preparation, the recent Congress of Quan Son Commune Party Delegates was successfully held with the participation of 238 delegates, representing nearly 1,000 party members in 43 affiliated party cells. At the congress, delegates focused on discussing, summarizing and evaluating the results, limitations and shortcomings in organizing leadership and directing the implementation of resolutions for the 2020-2025 term, key programs and development breakthroughs. From there, the direction of leadership and tasks for the 2025-2030 term was proposed. Secretary of the Quan Son Commune Party Committee, Comrade Luong Thi Hanh, excitedly said: “With the motto "Solidarity - Responsibility - Breakthrough - Development", for the 2025-2030 term, the Quan Son Commune Party Committee is determined to build a clean and strong Party and political system. Promote innovation and digital transformation to create momentum for development; maintain national defense and security; strive to reach the NTM program by 2030. Promote the strength of ethnic solidarity, self-reliance, flexibility, creativity, determination to overcome all difficulties and challenges, proactively welcome new opportunities to successfully implement the Resolution of the 1st Congress of the Commune Party Committee, term 2025-2030, build Quan Son homeland to develop sustainably, richly, civilized, realizing the aspiration to join Thanh Hoa province and the country to rise strongly in the new era".

From the border area of ​​Quan Son, we followed the roads with red flags and yellow stars fluttering to the coastal area of ​​Thanh Hoa. In the joyful and exciting atmosphere to celebrate the country's major holidays - the 80th anniversary of the successful August Revolution (August 19, 1945 - August 19, 2025) and National Day September 2, Hoang Tien commune has completed preparations for the organization of the 1st Party Congress of the commune (scheduled to take place on August 19 and 20, 2025). Mr. Le Van Phuc - Secretary of the Party Committee of Hoang Tien commune emphasized: After operating and stabilizing the organizational apparatus, Hoang Tien commune identified one of the most important tasks as focusing on the preparation and successful organization of the 1st Party Congress of the commune, associated with propaganda to celebrate the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution and National Day September 2".

Hoang Tien is a coastal commune in the Northeast of the province, established on the basis of merging the original area and population of 4 communes: Hoang Tien, Hoang Hai, Hoang Truong, Hoang Yen. After the merger, the total natural area of ​​Hoang Tien commune is 23.79 km2, 7,120 households, 29,687 people. Flowing through the commune are Lach Truong River and Cung River, along with Linh Truong mountain range, blending together, not only beautifying the beautiful natural landscape but also being the driving force for growth. In particular, the commune has a 6.8 km long coastline with Hai Tien marine eco-tourism area attracting a large number of domestic and foreign tourists, leaving its mark and gradually "upgrading" on the national tourism map. These are potentials, advantages, opening up more space for socio-economic development of Hoang Tien commune that few places have.

In the period of 2020-2025, in the context of many fluctuations, difficulties and challenges, the Party Committee, government and people of the communes of Hoang Tien, Hoang Hai, Hoang Yen, Hoang Truong (old) have strived to basically complete the targets set by the Party Congress resolution, with 24 targets achieved and exceeded the plan. The economy has grown quite well, the economic structure continues to shift in a positive direction; promoting and arousing the potential and advantages of the locality, achieving many remarkable results. The average growth rate of total product value in the area reached 7.1%/year. The quality of tourism activities has been improved, the types of tourism services have become increasingly diverse and rich, gradually becoming a key tourist area of ​​the province, a safe and attractive destination for domestic and foreign tourists. This is an important premise for the Party Committee, government and people of Hoang Tien commune to continue to strive to build a sustainable, prosperous and beautiful homeland, confidently moving forward with Thanh Hoa province into a new era.

With the motto "Solidarity - Democracy - Innovation - Creativity - Development", based on the achieved results and frankly acknowledging the limitations, forecasting advantages and difficulties, the first Congress of Delegates of Hoang Tien commune passed many important contents for the development of the locality, in which, the congress proposed 5 key tasks, 2 breakthroughs. This autumn, along with the whole country, on the land of Thanh Hoa, the Party flag and the Fatherland flag fluttered. The heroic melody of the National Anthem and the Internationale resounded with great emotion and sacredness. In the solemn space of the congress, the delegates attending the vote to approve important issues, with strategic orientation for the entire next 5-year period, was a vivid and eloquent demonstration of the spirit of solidarity, unity of will and action within the Party, determined to successfully achieve the set goals, leading the homeland and country firmly into the new era.
