Exciting 2024 Da Nang City Armed Forces Mass Arts Festival

(Fatherland) - The Department of Culture and Sports of Da Nang City coordinated with the City Military Command to organize the 2024 Da Nang City Mass Arts Festival for armed forces, youth, students and pupils with the theme "80 years - Continuing the heroic epic".

Accordingly, the Festival takes place from December 4 to 7 with the participation of more than 1,000 actors who are officers of agencies, military units, and universities in Da Nang city.

With the theme "80 years - Continuing the epic", the art programs competing at the Festival have diverse content: Singing, dancing, music, short plays... content praising the glorious Party and great Uncle Ho.

At the same time, it recreates the image of Uncle Ho's soldiers, evoking love for the homeland, the tradition of revolutionary struggle, and the spirit of solidarity to overcome all difficulties to build and protect the socialist Vietnamese Fatherland.

The program also honors the glorious historical tradition of the Vietnam People's Army throughout 80 years of construction, fighting and growth; reflects the spirit of military-civilian solidarity, good coordination between agencies and organizations in the field of national defense - security... Along with that, introducing and promoting the image, beauty of the homeland, culture and people of Vietnam and Da Nang city. Praising the innovative achievements of the city and the country on the path of development and integration...

The festival took place from December 4 to 7 with the participation of more than 1,000 actors who are officers of agencies, military units, and universities in Da Nang city.

The leader of the Department of Culture and Sports of Da Nang city said that this is an event that contributes to improving the cultural and spiritual life of the city's people; developing talents, building a volunteer art troupe to serve the people and the unit's cultural events and activities.

At the same time, encourage and motivate cadres, party members and people of all walks of life to strive and make efforts to overcome difficulties, successfully complete political goals and tasks in 2024, compete to achieve achievements to celebrate the great national holiday, determined to successfully implement the Resolution of the Party Congresses at all levels for the 2020-2025 term and the Resolution of the 13th National Congress of the Party.

The event is also an opportunity for agencies and units to meet, exchange and share experiences in mass cultural and artistic activities.

After the tour program serving the soldiers at Infantry Regiment 971 on the evening of December 6. The performance, summary and award ceremony took place at the Lien Chieu District Administrative Center Square on the evening of December 7.
