Since the morning of June 26, hundreds of exam support teams in Nghe An province have been present at exam sites to support candidates and their families. This school year, Nghe An province has 40,235 candidates registered for the exam. Of these, 39,392 candidates will take the exam under the new program and 843 independent candidates will take the exam under the old generaleducation program. To prepare for the exam, Nghe An has organized 72 exam sites and 2 exam sites at the Do Luong District Continuing Education Center and Nguyen Truong To High School (Vinh City) for independent candidates taking the exam under the 2006 program.

In Nghe An province, the "Supporting the Exam Season" Campaign in 2025 was deployed synchronously with the participation of more than 140 youth volunteer teams and more than 2,000 union members and young people across the province.

From 4:30 a.m. on June 26, more than 30 members of the Youth Volunteer Team of Huynh Thuc Khang High School (Vinh City, Nghe An) were present at the school gate to prepare for the exam season, supporting candidates and their families.

Here, the youth union members are divided into many groups to support the candidates such as: giving out water, guiding the exam room layout, receiving and sending luggage, and parking vehicles for free.

Pham Thi Thuc Anh (class 11T3, member of the Youth Volunteer Team of Huynh Thuc Khang High School) said that this year, a group of youth volunteers was mobilized to check for candidates who were not present at the exam room to support them. “At the exam site, the invigilator will take attendance in the exam room. If a candidate is found to be absent or has not arrived, the invigilator will mark it and send the list to us. We will check the list and call the parents to ask for the reason. If a candidate oversleeps, forgets the time or has not arrived, we will call to remind the family to take the candidate to the exam site. In case of emergency, we will send youth volunteers to the candidate's house to pick up the candidate for the exam,” said Pham Thi Thuc Anh.

"We will try our best to support the candidates to complete their exams well," said Pham Thi Thuc Anh.

To support candidates for the 2025 high school graduation exam, Nghe An University Youth Union has mobilized 90 youth union members to form 9 teams at 9 exam sites in the province. At the exam sites, the youth volunteer team of Nghe An University will guide candidates, distribute water, and pick up vehicles for candidates and their families. In addition, the youth union members will advise on majors of Nghe An University so that parents can grasp and orient their students after the exam.

Previously, on the afternoon of June 25, 2025, the Standing Committee of Nghe An Provincial Youth Union visited and encouraged the youth volunteer teams "Supporting the exam season" who are on duty to support candidates entering the 2025 high school graduation exam.

At the examination sites, Ms. Nguyen Thi Phuong Thuy - Member of the Central Committee of the Youth Union, Secretary of the Provincial Youth Union, President of the Vietnam Youth Union of the province and Mr. Nguyen Manh Phong - Deputy Secretary of the Nghe An Provincial Youth Union visited and expressed their appreciation for the spirit of initiative, responsibility and enthusiasm of the union members and young people who are supporting the candidates with practical work such as: hanging banners, arranging vehicles, distributing water, distributing fans, guiding the exam room map, and picking up and dropping off candidates.

The visits and gifts of encouragement not only show the timely concern of the Youth Union but also give positive energy to the volunteers to continue to devote themselves to the campaign.

Phu Tho Provincial Youth Union mobilizes more than 2,000 volunteers to support exam season

During the 2025 high school graduation exam, Phu Tho Provincial Youth Union organized 44 "Exam Support" teams with more than 2,000 volunteers at 44 exam sites across the province.

With the spirit of accompanying the candidates, from early morning on the first exam day, June 26, many practical volunteer activities of the province's youth have given strength to the candidates.

With the desire to organize quality and effective volunteer activities, guide and support candidates before, during and after the 2025 high school graduation exam, the Provincial Youth Union Standing Committee directed districts, towns, city unions and affiliated unions to establish "Exam Support" teams at each exam site with practical activities.

The "Supporting the Exam Season" program of Phu Tho Provincial Youth Union focuses on the following activities: Coordinating with volunteer youth forces in residential areas to conduct information and propaganda to mobilize candidates to participate in the 2025 high school graduation exam on time and in accordance with exam regulations; summarizing candidates with especially difficult circumstances and developing plans to help them participate in the exam smoothly and achieve good results.

In addition, volunteers advise candidates on exam procedures; keep candidates' belongings; look after vehicles for free; provide free drinking water, milk, and cakes... Volunteers coordinate with the Traffic Police force to direct traffic and ensure smooth traffic on the roads and areas around the exam site.

In particular, the Youth Union members promptly encouraged, motivated, and created a comfortable mindset to help candidates feel secure and confident when entering the exams. Youth volunteer teams planned backup plans to provide maximum support for candidates who encountered problems... In addition, the Provincial Youth Union mobilized resources to connect and donate more than 400 cartons of milk and water of all kinds, and 230 sets of school supplies to help candidates do well in the exams.
