- Implementing Official Dispatch No. 84/CD-TTg dated June 8, 2025 of the Prime Minister on focusing on completing the goal of eliminating temporary and dilapidated houses nationwide before August 31, 2025, the Provincial People's Committee issued Document No. 2782/UBND-THVX dated June 10, 2025 on focusing on completing the goal of eliminating temporary and dilapidated houses in the province.

Complete the goal of eliminating temporary and dilapidated houses in the province before August 31, 2025.

Accordingly, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee directed the Directors of Departments, Heads of provincial agencies and units; Head of the Steering Committee for the implementation of the elimination of temporary and dilapidated houses in districts and cities to focus on leading, directing and organizing the implementation more drastically, more quickly and more effectively of the emulation movement "Joining hands to eliminate temporary and dilapidated houses nationwide in 2025".

Determined to complete the goal of eliminating temporary and dilapidated houses in the province before August 31, 2025; including housing support for people with revolutionary contributions and martyrs' relatives before July 27, 2025. In implementation, ensure "6 clear: clear people, clear work, clear responsibility, clear authority, clear time, clear results" and "4 truths: speak the truth, do the truth, be effective, and benefit the people".

The People's Committees of districts and cities shall concentrate all their efforts and rapidly and even more rapidly implement the work of eliminating temporary and dilapidated houses in the area. For houses that have started construction, focus on urging and mobilizing support forces to complete them as soon as possible; the remaining houses that have not started construction must start construction simultaneously before June 20, 2025. Synthesize the report on funding needs to support construction in 2025 and send it to the Department of Agriculture and Environment and the Department of Ethnic Minorities and Religions before 8:00 a.m. on June 11, 2025.

The Department of Finance shall preside over and coordinate with agencies, units, and localities to advise competent authorities to allocate local funds to organize and implement support for the construction and repair of new houses for people with revolutionary contributions and relatives of martyrs, ensuring that it does not exceed the number of houses and the amount of funds approved by the province, and report to the Ministry of Construction for appraisal and synthesis to send to the Ministry of Finance.
