Major General Pham Van Dong, Standing Member of the Party Committee, Political Commissar of the Military Region, chaired the Conference. Attending the Conference were Colonel Nguyen Tuan Anh, Deputy Head of Logistics and Engineering of the Military Region; leaders and commanders of the Military Region Military School, representatives of agencies, units and all officers of the platoon graduating in 2025.

Conference Overview.

During the training program, 245 graduating platoon cadres studied and researched many topics: The organizational structure of the Party base in the Party Committee of the Military Region; the tradition of the Military Region 4; the content of staff work, politics, logistics, and engineering; life skills, methods of ideological management, handling situations in the unit... and many other supporting activities. After 4 days (from August 25 to 28), the training class completed all the content, achieving the set goals and requirements. The training contents are the provisions for young cadres to approach work easily and complete assigned tasks well.

At the ceremony, the Military Region Command announced the decision to transfer officers to work units. 100% of the transferred officers had good thoughts, were ready to receive and complete the tasks. Speaking as a representative of the young officers, Lieutenant Ho Quoc Khoi (graduated from the Political Officer School) expressed his gratitude to the leaders and commanders at all levels, and affirmed his determination to practice and flexibly apply the knowledge he was equipped with to excellently complete the tasks in his new position.

Speaking at the Conference, Major General Pham Van Dong congratulated the young cadres on their new assignments at Military Region 4, and emphasized: You are young cadres with qualities, abilities and ambitions to contribute. In your new position, you need to apply knowledge into practice, promote a sense of responsibility, proactively overcome difficulties, maintain solidarity, strictly abide by discipline, and be determined to complete all tasks well. He also requested the Party Committees and commanders of the receiving agencies and units to do a good job of education and training, creating conditions to help cadres quickly integrate, stabilize their work, and promote their abilities in practice.
