On the night of August 25 and early morning of August 26, the Nghe An Provincial Military Command mobilized nearly 200 officers, soldiers and militiamen along with vehicles and equipment to quickly go to the affected areas to carry out the work of overcoming the consequences caused by storm No. 5. Officers, soldiers and militiamen cleared fallen trees and cleared paralyzed roads to ensure people's safety and restore traffic as soon as possible.
