This year's competition, the Brigade has 15 initiatives from authors and groups of authors. Through the preliminary round, the Brigade selected 6 outstanding technical innovation initiatives. The initiatives are all new, scientifically applied, time-saving, safe, easy to use, highly applicable in practice and low product cost.

Colonel Le Van Nhat, Brigade Commander of the 26th Armored Brigade, said: “In the context of strong development of science and technology, the requirements of the Brigade's tasks are increasingly high, promoting initiatives and technical improvements are increasingly important and urgent. This contest has promoted the sense of responsibility, intelligence, and creativity of the collective and individuals in researching initiatives and improving teaching models, contributing to improving the quality of training, combat readiness, and performing other tasks of the unit well. The Brigade requests that after the contest, the initiative research groups receive comments and assessments from the acceptance council as a basis for organizing to overcome, complete, and optimize the initiative products for application in training practice, combat readiness, contributing to improving the overall quality and combat strength of the Brigade."
