Attending the seminar were comrades who are heads of agencies of Military Region 1, the Provincial Military Command, representatives of local departments, agencies and branches; revolutionary veterans, historical witnesses and nearly 300 officers and soldiers of the provincial armed forces, representatives of outstanding youth union members inside and outside the army.

The delegates reviewed the heroic history of the nation, under the leadership of the Communist Party of Vietnam and President Ho Chi Minh, the Vietnamese people made a great miracle in the history of the nation - the August Revolution in 1945. It was the crystallization of the patriotic tradition, the spirit of solidarity, the indomitable will of the entire nation; strengthening patriotism, belief in the communist ideal and the responsibility of each Vietnamese in the cause of building a prosperous and happy country.

Delegates also met and talked with revolutionary veterans, historical witnesses who directly participated in the resistance war, those who devoted their entire youth to the country's peace , independence, freedom and happiness; people who made history and today continue to write the story of peace for the younger generation.

Delegates attending the forum also listened to the sharing, thoughts, aspirations to contribute and actions of the elite youth, the children of the traditional Bac Ninh homeland, who are living, studying and working all over the country. Representatives of the young generation of the provincial military sent the message and determination to continuously study, practice, nurture the aspiration to contribute, ready to receive and excellently complete all tasks.
