This is an activity within the voter contact program before the regular mid-year session of 2025 of the 12th Provincial People's Council, term 2021-2026.
At the contact points, voters heard from the provincial and municipal People's Council delegates about the results of the 25th and 26th sessions (special) of the 12th Provincial People's Council; expected content and agenda of the 2025 mid-year regular session of the 12th Provincial People's Council; results of the 18th, 19th and 20th sessions (special) of the 12th Pleiku City People's Council; reports on the progress of implementing the arrangement of administrative units and the 2-level local government model.
Voters basically agreed with the information. At the same time, at the conference, 11 voters expressed their opinions and recommendations focusing on a number of issues such as: speeding up the completion of the Hoi Phu stream planning project; finding solutions to traffic congestion at the Nguyen Viet Xuan-Hung Vuong-Ba Trieu intersection; paying attention to urban beautification, tree trimming, and drain cleaning before the rainy season; repairing and upgrading degraded roads. In addition, voters also reflected on difficulties in granting and exchanging land use right certificates and a number of issues related to administrative procedures.
At the conference, representatives of the Provincial People's Council delegation, leaders of the Pleiku City People's Committee and specialized departments directly explained and clarified opinions and recommendations within their authority. Contents beyond their authority were summarized, accepted and forwarded to the competent authorities for consideration and resolution in the coming time.
