Deputy Prime Minister Bui Thanh Son inspects operations in Thanh An commune

Deputy Prime Minister Bui Thanh Son inspected the operation at the Thanh An Commune Public Administration Service Center, Dien Bien province.

Joining the working delegation, on the side of Dien Bien province, there was comrade Tran Quoc Cuong, member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and leaders of the People's Committee, People's Council, and Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Dien Bien province.

Reporting to the Deputy Prime Minister and provincial leaders, Comrade Lo Hai Dung, Secretary of the Thanh An Commune Party Committee, stated: Thanh An Commune was established on the basis of merging three communes: Thanh An, Noong Het, and Sam Mun. After the merger, the political and administrative center of Thanh An was located in Noong Het Commune (old).

Currently, the arrangement of facilities, infrastructure, equipment and personnel at Thanh An has been ensured and is sufficient to meet the work requirements according to the 2-level local government model.

Acknowledging and appreciating the efforts of Thanh An commune in arranging staff, arranging facilities, working conditions, especially the Commune Public Administration Service Center ready to operate the new apparatus to ensure quality and efficiency, the Deputy Prime Minister also requested: The Party Committee and the government of Thanh An commune continue to promote spirit and responsibility in performing assigned duties and tasks; consider the people as the center of service, ensuring the best work for the people is always smooth, without delay or congestion.

With the requirement and requirement for work to be connected and smooth, Deputy Prime Minister Bui Thanh Son also requested that each cadre, party member, civil servant and public employee of Thanh An need to proactively learn, improve the ability to receive and apply new technology in the field of digital transformation into effective work practices.

In the immediate future, the arrangement of Thanh An's headquarters, facilities and working conditions needs to continue to be improved in a scientific direction, maximizing the functionality of existing facilities to serve the work.

In case of lack of headquarters and equipment, proactively propose and recommend to the province to gradually invest in improving to create a favorable working environment for officials and civil servants and to better serve organizations, people and businesses.
