Vice President of the Provincial Labor Federation visited and presented gifts to Vietnamese Heroic Mother Nguyen Thi Bay

On the morning of August 26, Vice Chairman of the An Giang Provincial Labor Federation Pham Van Dang visited Vietnamese Heroic Mother Nguyen Thi Bay in Oc Eo commune (An Giang province).

Upon arrival, the Vice President of the Provincial Labor Federation kindly inquired about the health and life of Vietnamese Heroic Mother Nguyen Thi Bay. At the same time, he expressed his deep gratitude for the sacrifices and great contributions of mothers in the cause of national liberation, national reunification, and construction and protection of the Fatherland.

The visit is a practical gesture towards the 80th anniversary of the successful August Revolution (August 19, 1945 - August 19, 2025) and the National Day of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam (September 2, 1945 - September 2, 2025).

The delegation talked with the person who directly raised Vietnamese Heroic Mother Nguyen Thi Bay.

Vietnamese Heroic Mother Nguyen Thi Bay was born in 1935. Her husband died in 1969 during the resistance war against the US to save the country and a son died in 1982 on the Cambodian battlefield.
