Speaking at the congress, Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Permanent Vice Chairman of the An Giang Provincial People's Council Le Hong Tham suggested focusing on building the Thoai Son Commune Party Committee and the political system up to the task. Continue to thoroughly grasp and seriously implement the policies and conclusions of the Politburo and the Secretariat on arranging and perfecting the organization and operation of the 2-level local government model, ensuring all activities are smooth, stable, effective and improving the quality of service to the people.

In particular, strengthen leadership to improve the leadership capacity and fighting strength of Party organizations and Party members, continue to well implement the policies of the Central Committee and the Provincial Party Committee on Party building, building a clean and strong political system to meet the requirements of the task.

The Congress announced the decision of the Standing Committee of An Giang Provincial Party Committee to appoint the Thoai Son Commune Party Executive Committee consisting of 33 comrades; the Party Committee Standing Committee of 11 comrades. Comrade Le Bich Phuong was appointed to hold the position of Secretary of the Thoai Son Commune Party Committee, term 2025 - 2030.
