The program to introduce Vietnamese tourism and connect businesses in the Australian market is organized to contribute to the effective implementation of Resolution No. 25/NQ-CP dated February 5, 2025 of the Government on the growth target of industries, sectors and localities to ensure the national growth target in 2025 reaches 8% or more, completing the target: international tourists reach 22-23 million arrivals; domestic tourists reach 120-130 million arrivals.

Strengthening the recognition and positioning of Vietnamese tourism brands in the Australian market, aiming to enhance the national image on the international tourism map; Strengthening connections, creating cooperation opportunities between Vietnamese tourism businesses and Australian partners, supporting businesses to expand markets, develop suitable products; Grasping and researching the Australian market, as a basis for developing products suitable to tourists' tastes.

Promote the image of Vietnam as a safe, friendly, attractive and sustainable tourist destination; introduce new products, services, destinations and experiences suitable to the tastes of Australian tourists. Contribute to promoting the culture, people and country of Vietnam to the Australian people; promote cultural and tourism exchanges and cooperation between the two countries.

With the message "Vietnam Timeless Charm - Authentic Experiences, Embracing Green Heritage", the program to introduce Vietnam tourism and connect businesses in the Australian market was held in Sydney and Melbourne, including the main contents: Business meeting program (B2B); Introducing Vietnam tourism; Organizing traditional art performances; Meeting and working with partners in the host country (tourism promotion agencies, airlines, large tourism businesses...);

The program is expected to directly contribute to the goal of welcoming at least 600,000 Australian visitors in 2025, corresponding to a growth rate of 25% compared to 2024; Increasing the market share of Australian visitors traveling abroad to Vietnam from the current 4% to at least 5% in 2025.

Expected number of guests: In Sydney: 110/150 Australian guests; in Melbourne: 110/150 Australian guests; Facilitate and promote at least 50-70% of Vietnamese tourism businesses participating in the event to establish contacts, sign cooperation agreements or reach preliminary agreements with Australian partners.

At the same time, maintain and strongly promote the presence of the Vietnamese Tourism brand "Vietnam Timeless Charm" in the Australian market, especially the message "Authentic Experiences, Embracing Green Heritage" and cultural and heritage tourism products (in which Hue products are the focus).

Strengthening Australian tourists’ perception of Vietnam as a safe, friendly, attractive and sustainable tourist destination, with diverse products, such as: eco-tourism, heritage, experience and health care; Establishing, maintaining and developing effective relationships with travel businesses, Australian Tourism Associations and specialized media agencies in the Australian market.
