(Baothanhhoa.vn) - The province currently has 277,754 female workers, civil servants, and employees, accounting for 72% of the total number of workers and employees in the province. Recently, the Provincial Federation of Labor has directed trade unions at all levels in the province to widely implement emulation movements among female workers and employees to encourage and motivate female union members and employees to enthusiastically compete in production and labor, contributing to promoting the development of units and enterprises.

Trade unions at all levels in the province have performed well their role of representing and protecting the legitimate and legal rights and interests of female union members and employees; participating in the development, inspection and supervision of the implementation of laws, policies and regimes directly related to female and child laborers.
