Leaders of Nong Cong district visited the economic model of people in Te Thang commune.
From 2016 to present, the implementation of Directive No. 05-CT/TW has been carried out synchronously and seriously by Nong Cong district, in conjunction with the resolutions of the Central and the province on Party building and rectification and the implementation of the district's political tasks. One of the outstanding marks is that the district has built and effectively implemented 10 study topics each year. The study is carried out in many diverse forms such as direct and online conferences to communes and towns; organizing thematic activities to party organizations and unions; widely propagating to the people on loudspeaker systems at all levels and on social networks... In the past 10 years (2016-2025), party organizations, agencies and units in the whole district have organized 540 study and propaganda conferences with over 32,000 participants and distributed more than 4,000 copies of full-term and annual thematic documents. Since then, studying and following Uncle Ho has become a widespread movement, increasingly going into depth, creating a strong spread in all levels, all sectors, and all classes of people.
Along with promoting propaganda, spreading good examples, good deeds, good models, and creative ways of doing things, Nong Cong district also focuses on bringing the content of learning and following Uncle Ho into Party cell activities. This is done in many different forms such as organizing rotations for Party members to report on the results of implementing the annual commitment to self-cultivation, training, and striving; bringing the content of implementing Directive No. 05-CT/TW into monthly and quarterly activities of Youth Union branches, associations, and residential areas and integrating it into discussion, cultural, and artistic activities in villages, neighborhoods, agencies, units, and schools... In addition to regular activities, organizing specialized activities is also highly valued. In 10 years, Party committees and organizations at all levels in Nong Cong district have organized more than 500 specialized conferences and activities associated with implementing political tasks in localities, agencies, and units. Some party committees and branches have built a spirit of learning from Uncle Ho in a concise and practical manner, such as: Nong Cong town Party Committee; communes: Truong Son, Van Thang, Van Hoa; District Women's Union, District Youth Union... Many party members have promoted the spirit of setting an example, together with their families, successfully implementing the movement of donating land for road construction; actively participating in the campaign to support the construction of houses for policy families, families with housing difficulties; participating in charity work, helping the disadvantaged, places with natural disasters, epidemics...
Following Uncle Ho means following the viewpoint of being close to the people and listening to the voice of the people. With that spirit, the Standing Committee of the District Party Committee has directed the mass mobilization system, the Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations at the district level to strengthen their grasp of the ideological situation and public opinion to focus on solving issues directly related to the people such as compensation for site clearance, conversion of land use purposes, regimes and policies for people with meritorious services, security and order, religious affairs, etc. Along with that, the leaders of the District Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee, functional departments and branches arrange and publicize the schedule for receiving citizens every week, every month, every quarter, listen to and promptly resolve citizens' petitions. Communes and towns assign cadres to directly receive citizens, dialogue and resolve issues raised by the people. The Fatherland Front and organizations in communes and towns coordinate well to do mediation work at the grassroots level; Strengthen inspection and supervision of the implementation of mechanisms and policies to protect the legitimate rights of the people.
In line with the Resolution of the Nong Cong District Party Congress for the 2020-2025 term, the Standing Committee of the District Party Committee has selected key tasks to focus on leading and directing implementation. Accordingly, every year, Party committees at all levels regularly organize dialogue conferences between leaders of Party committees and authorities with the Vietnam Fatherland Front, socio-political organizations and the People. In addition to regular dialogues, Party committees at all levels also organize ad hoc dialogues related to issues of public concern. In the period of 2016-2025, the whole district received 1,845 people, received 535 cases, 100% of which were resolved according to regulations. The implementation of Directive No. 05-CT/TW is also specified into 4 specific contents: flag salute and ideological activities under the flag; organizing thematic study on the occasion of May 19 every year; Write in the party member's handbook and create a table of criteria to strive to study and follow Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style.
In addition to selecting key tasks, the Standing Committee of Nong Cong District Party Committee has identified a number of breakthrough contents to create clear changes in implementation. Notably, it is necessary to enhance the role and position of the Party organization and the responsibility of Party members in Party activities so that the Party organization is truly the political nucleus, directly leading, managing, educating, training and fostering cadres. Building a government apparatus from the district to the grassroots level that is "integral, active, serving the people", promoting thrift practice, fighting corruption and waste. Cadres, Party members, civil servants and public employees build a working style and manner that is close to the people, respects the people, and wholeheartedly serves the people.
The results achieved in 10 years of implementing Directive No. 05-CT/TW in Nong Cong have affirmed the continuation of the ideological values and precious spiritual assets that Uncle Ho left behind, creating a strong shift from "studying" to "following", making his ideology, morality and style truly permeate life. From there, it has aroused the emotions, motivation, will and aspiration to contribute in the contingent of cadres, party members and people to build Nong Cong to develop strongly as it is today.
