Focusing on mobilizing resources for rural development has always been a concern of Quynh Luu district, so in the district, many agricultural and rural infrastructure projects have been invested in and built on schedule and effectively.

In One of the important projects in the district is the Khe Lai - Vuc Mau irrigation system. When implementing the project, relevant levels and sectors actively participated in site clearance (GPMB) and have now paid the affected households according to the approved decision and the remaining households have not received the amount of 500 million VND. According to procedures and regulations, Quynh Luu district has completed the disclosure and dialogue with the remaining 31 households.

At the projects: Quynh Nghia Bridge (at Km6+00 on Provincial Road 537), the district mobilized 10 households in Phu Nghia commune to sign documents and is publicly announcing the compensation plan for land acquisition and clearance with the amount of 8.2 billion, thereby creating favorable conditions for the construction unit to ensure progress and the current value of the project is more than 107 billion VND (reaching 72% of the plan); The project to build roads in Quynh Luu district (Quynh Nghia coastal tourist road) has mobilized 35 households whose assets on 5% of Phu Nghia commune's land have been affected...

Carrying out the site clearance work for the National Highway 1A bypass section of Quynh Hau - Quynh Hong - Quynh Dien - Quynh Giang, Quynh Luu district has disbursed over 75 billion 300 million VND (reaching 49.6% of the plan). Mobilizing resources for rural development

In recent times, thanks to the strengthening of investment attraction, agricultural and rural infrastructure has continued to be built and upgraded, serving production and people's lives better and better. One of the areas that has attracted a variety of investment capital sources (especially strongly socialized) is the Rural Water Supply and Environmental Sanitation Program.

The flexible integration in capital mobilization, especially from the people, has helped the Agriculture and Environment sector achieve high results. Up to now, Nghe An has invested in building 561 concentrated rural water supply works, including 492 self-flowing works and 69 pumping works, increasing the rate of rural people using hygienic and clean water rapidly every year.

By 2025, the proportion of rural population using hygienic water according to standard 4826/QD-BNN will be 90%. The Department of Agriculture and Environment is actively mobilizing and attracting investment in the Sustainable Rural Water Supply and Climate Change Response Project in Nghe An province, borrowing IBRD capital and other legal capital sources to create resources to implement the province's Rural Clean Water Supply Project.

In recent times, the Department of Agriculture and Environment has also been active, proactive, and strengthened investment promotion to attract and maximize investment capital from various sources, in order to build, repair, and upgrade agricultural and rural infrastructure, meeting the requirements of production development, disaster prevention and mitigation, and new rural construction such as the following projects:

Khe Lai - Vuc Mau irrigation system (phase 1); Nam Mo river embankment through block 4, block 5 of Muong Xen town, Ky Son district; Renovation and upgrading of canal system and works on the canal in Vinh Thanh commune, Yen Thanh district; Renovation and upgrading of headworks, canals and works on the canal of pumping stations along Lam river through Anh Son, Do Luong and Thanh Chuong districts; Renovation and upgrading of canal system and works on the canal for reservoirs funded by the World Bank (WB); Construction of pumping stations and canal system in Son Thanh commune, Yen Thanh district and Nghi Van commune, Nghi Loc district; Modernization of forestry and enhancement of coastal resilience (FMCR) in Nghe An province; Rescue road in the flood-prone area downstream of Ca river (phase 1) in Nghe An province...

Discussing the field of capital mobilization for agricultural and rural development, Mr. Nguyen Hao - Deputy Director of Nghe An Department of Agriculture and Environment, said: "In the coming time, the Department will continue to mobilize investment in new projects such as the North Central region's CNC Forestry Zone (infrastructure construction with a cost of about 1,450 billion), Ban Mong Reservoir Project Phase 2 (total investment of 1,800 billion), Saltwater prevention and freshwater retention sluice on Ca River (1,500 billion VND), Comprehensive climate-resilient water infrastructure project for small-scale producers in rural areas (IFAD loan with a total investment of 800 billion VND)... and deploy and urge construction to ensure the progress of capital allocation projects in 2025 such as: Medium-term capital projects of the province; Ban Mong Project packages; Dyke maintenance projects; Projects to renovate and upgrade canal and lake systems contain, speed up the construction progress of packages under the project of Modernizing the Forestry Sector and Enhancing Coastal Resilience...".
