On June 23, at the Khanh Hoa Department of Education and Training, the Emulation Bloc of state management departments and provincial project management boards held a conference to review the emulation movement in the first 6 months of 2025.

The emulation bloc of state management departments and provincial project management boards includes the departments of: Education and Training; Industry and Trade; Health; Construction; Science and Technology; Agriculture and Environment; Culture, Sports and Tourism; Provincial Agricultural and Transport Construction Investment Project Management Board; Provincial Development Project Management Board. In the first 6 months of the year, the units in the bloc have successfully completed their political and professional tasks. The emulation movement closely followed the program and goals of the socio-economic development plan, and the implementation was focused and key. Many effective initiatives and models were promoted, especially in administrative reform, new rural construction, digital transformation, and environmental protection. The commendation work was carried out promptly, the replication of advanced models was given attention, and coordination between units in the bloc was well maintained.
