Mr. Kim affirmed that the relationship between North Korea and Russia has reached a new strategic level. For his part, Minister Kozlov said that Russia attaches great importance to deepening cooperation with North Korea. In a separate development, KCNA said that a delegation from a Russian military academy had also arrived in Pyongyang, but did not provide specific information about the visit.
