Nui Thanh: Policy credit loan turnover in 6 months is over 117.3 billion VND

(QNO) - This afternoon, June 24, the Board of Directors of the Social Policy Bank of Nui Thanh district held a conference to review the activities of the first 6 months of the year and deploy directions and tasks for the last 6 months of 2025.

As of June 15, the total capital of social policy credit programs in Nui Thanh district reached 733.4 billion VND, an increase of 39.3 billion VND compared to the beginning of the year. The total loan turnover in the first 6 months of the year was more than 117.3 billion VND, with more than 2,100 poor households, near-poor households and other policy beneficiaries borrowing capital.

Total outstanding loans for policy credit programs as of June 15 reached VND 728.6 billion, an increase of VND 14.7 billion compared to March 31, 2025 and an increase of VND 34.5 billion compared to the beginning of the year, the outstanding loan growth rate reached 5%. The transaction office of the Social Policy Bank of Nui Thanh district handled overdue debts of over VND 86.6 billion; collected interest of over VND 25.6 billion, the interest collection rate reached 100%.

In the last 6 months of the year, the Transaction Office of the Social Policy Bank of Nui Thanh district coordinated with the authorities of the new communes to focus on disbursing assigned credit sources, striving for outstanding credit growth of more than 8% by September 30 compared to December 31, 2024.
