Last night (June 30), surpassing 20 contestants from many provinces and cities, Nguyen Thi Thua - an officer working at the Department of Information and Statistics ( Ministry of Science and Technology ) was crowned Mrs Grand Vietnam 2025 - Miss Peace Vietnam 2025, in the final night of the contest, taking place in Hanoi.
Born in 1989, 1m72 tall, 60kg, Nguyen Thi Thua is a former student of Thai Nguyen University and also holds a master's degree from Hanoi National University.
With the desire to bring science closer to life, especially in the fields of environmental protection and sustainable development, she is currently pursuing a doctoral program in Science and Technology Management at the University of Social Sciences and Humanities.
Also at the Final Night, the President of Mrs Grand Vietnam 2025, who is also the Head of the Organizing Committee of the contest, Miss Phan Kim Oanh, announced that the new Mrs Grand will represent Vietnam at the international arena Mrs Grand International 2025, held in Myanmar next July. This is also the place where Miss Phan Kim Oanh made her mark with her victory in 2022.
According to the jury, during her journey to the contest, Nguyen Thi Thua always showed a confident demeanor, calm demeanor and gentle beauty that reflects the character of a modern woman. She especially shined in the behavioral round, with profound bilingual answers, bringing an inspirational message to women.
“If I have the opportunity, I want to spread the message that 'women can do anything, if you believe you are worthy.' This message conveys confidence, affirming that women's strength is not only in appearance but also in will, intelligence and heart. In the journey of life, no matter what role we play, mother, wife, businesswoman, or just an ordinary woman, we can shine in our own way, as long as we are confident and always love ourselves,” Nguyen Thi Thua shared.
She also said that she always actively participates in social activities, especially initiatives promoting education, gender equality and applying science to serve peace and sustainable development.
Before reaching the crown of Mrs Grand Vietnam 2025, she won the title of 2nd Runner-up of Mrs Earth Vietnam 2024 and the sub-award of Miss with the most beautiful body. As a student, Nguyen Thi Thua won a full scholarship and a scholarship from the Indian Ministry of Foreign Affairs for an intensive course in the capital city of New Delhi.
With a solid academic background and many years of dedication in the field of management and development of scientific and technological information, she has not only affirmed her professional capacity but also become a model of a modern woman: intelligent, brave and compassionate.
At the Final Night, the Organizing Committee also awarded titles to 4 runners-up and additional awards, to honor the contestants with outstanding achievements and their own mark throughout the contest. These awards not only recognize physical beauty but also honor the intelligence, talent and spirit of spreading positive values of modern ladies. Accordingly, the 1st runner-up is Nguyen Thi Huyen; 2nd runner-up - To Thi Ly; 3rd runner-up - Truong Thi Hai; 4th runner-up - Tran Thi Thanh Thao.
“First runner-up Nguyen Thi Huyen will represent Vietnam at Mrs Supranational 2025, also taking place in Myanmar this July. This is one of the prestigious international beauty pageants for ladies, where Vietnam hopes to continue to make a strong mark on the world beauty map,” added Mrs Grand Vietnam 2025 President Phan Kim Oanh./.
