Novaland plans to build a golf course in Lam Dong

On July 7, Lam Dong Provincial People's Committee said it had assigned the Department of Planning and Investment to coordinate with relevant departments, branches and the People's Committees of Duc Trong and Di Linh districts to study the proposal of No Va Real Estate Investment Group Joint Stock Company ( Novaland ) to study the investment in an international multi-functional resort project combined with a golf course in the locality, and report the proposal to the province before July 30.

The area where Novaland proposed to research, survey, plan and invest in this project is located near Dai Ninh Lake.

Previously, Novaland sent a document to the Standing Committee of the People's Committee and the Chairman of the People's Committee of Lam Dong province, proposing permission to research, survey, make detailed plans and invest in the construction of the above project on a land area of about 396 hectares in Duc Trong and Di Linh districts.

This land borders Ninh Gia commune (Duc Trong district) to the north and east, National Highway 20 to the south, and Tam Bo commune (Di Linh district) to the west.

The area Novaland proposed to study is about 396 hectares.

The proposed scale of the project will include a resort villa area, a high-class hotel area, a public works area (trees, water surface, technical infrastructure, traffic roads) combined with investment in the construction of commercial service works: golf course, restaurants, check-in points, various types of entertainment, sports... serving many domestic and foreign customers to develop the socio-economy of Lam Dong province.

Novaland also committed to completing the project and putting it into operation within 2 years from the date the company receives the site and is qualified for construction.

As Thanh Nien reported, previously, Novaland had a document proposing that the Lam Dong Provincial People's Committee approve the company's policy to survey, research, and establish an investment project for a complex urban area of tourism, resort, and entertainment in Bao Lam District and Bao Loc City with a research scale of about 30,000 hectares (total capital of about 10 billion USD). Lam Dong Province assigned the Department of Construction to preside over and coordinate with relevant departments, branches, and localities to review Novaland's proposal and report to the province before July 22.
