Door to door delivery - Dedicated guidance
Immediately after the administrative boundary rearrangement, the Chau Thanh Social Policy Bank Transaction Office has made many appropriate adjustments to adapt to the two-tier government model. According to Deputy Director in charge of the Chau Thanh Social Policy Bank Transaction Office Lai Thi Ngoc Hanh , it is important to maintain the network of transaction points and savings and loan groups (TK&VV), helping people avoid interruptions or confusion during the transaction process.
“We still maintain 14/14 commune transaction points as before, no change in location, fixed working schedule. Updating the new administrative address is automatically done on the system, people do not need to do any additional procedures” - Ms. Hanh said.
Currently, the whole area has 330 savings and credit groups operating stably. With this network, people even in remote areas can still access policy capital right in their living area.

One of the important factors contributing to bringing policy credit capital to the right people, the right needs is the effective coordination between the Social Policy Bank and the entrusted organizations and unions. Not only maintaining transaction points, the Chau Thanh Social Policy Bank Transaction Office also closely coordinates with local authorities and entrusted organizations and unions such as the Farmers' Association, Women's Union, Veterans' Association, and Youth Union to notify each residential area about the transaction schedule, application procedures, and list of affiliated hamlets. This helps people, especially the elderly who do not have access to information technology, to still be able to fully grasp loan information.
Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Hao Duoc Commune, Secretary of the Youth Union of Hao Duoc Commune Nguyen Thanh An said: "We inform people about the policies and working schedules of the bank through the hamlet chief, loudspeakers, and the Savings and Credit Team; at the same time, we coordinate to confirm loan applications so that people do not have to go through many agencies."
The local initiative, flexibility and close adherence to reality have brought peace of mind to many people. Ms. Nguyen Kim Khanh (residing in Xom Ruong hamlet, Hao Duoc commune) shared: "Through the support of the group, women's association and hamlet chief, I was enthusiastically guided to borrow capital at a transaction point near my home, without having to go far, without cumbersome paperwork".
Mr. Nguyen Thanh Long (residing in Tam Long hamlet, Hao Duoc commune) could not hide his joy: "After the merger, the TK&VV group is still in the same place, the bank staff enthusiastically supported the paperwork, thanks to that I continued to borrow capital to develop cattle farming, my family has stable jobs".

In the context of many changes in administrative boundaries, the proactiveness, flexibility and dedication of the VBSP staff and the entrusted organizations are clear evidence of the spirit of "leaving no one behind".
