Accordingly, the car will belong to the urban SUV segment with a length of less than 5 meters and is expected to launch at the end of 2026.
The new SUV will be a completely independent model, not an electrified variant of the Bentayga - Bentley's current SUV. With its compact size, the new electric vehicle is aimed at urban customers who prefer a combination of performance and sustainability.

The sketches show that the overall design of the car is very Bentley, reminiscent of the EXP 15 concept model that was introduced previously. Although technical details have not been revealed, Bentley affirms that this is the product that opens the stage of accelerating electrification, while not losing the brand's typical luxury value.
Bentley is gradually shifting its lineup after retiring its 6.0L turbocharged W12 in 2024. Currently, models like the Flying Spur and Continental GT have switched to V8 hybrid powertrains, while the Bentayga still has the option of a traditional V6 and V8 hybrid.

Notably, Bentley's plan to go fully electrified, originally set for 2030, has now been adjusted to 2035. The company said hybrid technology still plays an important role in the transition period, when emissions regulations and market demand are still volatile.
Bentley has pledged to introduce a new hybrid or electric vehicle every year between 2027 and 2035. This is seen as a clear and long-term roadmap for the brand once associated with the W12 engine to move towards a zero-emission era while maintaining its signature luxury experience.
