At the meeting, delegates reviewed the fine traditions of Vietnamese women and the significance of the Vietnam Women's Union's Founding Day. Women in Ninh Hai district have always enthusiastically participated in patriotic emulation movements. The activities of the district Women's Union have also been increasingly innovated and improved, achieving many important results in the process of economic development, poverty reduction, new rural construction, civilized urban areas, and social security activities in the district.

On this occasion, the Ninh Hai District Women's Union awarded prizes to collectives and individuals who won prizes in two competitions: "Learning about the history of the District Party Committee and the history of Ninh Hai District women's traditions through the ages" and "Each member has a beautiful gesture, each Women's Union organization has a meaningful action". Start-up capital was given to 5 women in difficult circumstances who have conditions to develop their economy and improve their lives.
