Many cooperatives propose capital support and digital transformation

The Cooperative Union of Thai Nguyen province has just implemented a plan to inspect and grasp the operational situation of a number of cooperatives in communes in the Northern region.

Working delegation of Thai Nguyen Province Cooperative Union inspected Giang Tien Livestock Cooperative (Nghien Loan commune).

The inspected units include: Yen Duong Cooperative (Thuong Minh Commune); Sang Ha Cooperative (Cho Ra Commune); Giang Tien Livestock Cooperative (Nghien Loan Commune); Pac Nam Agricultural Development and Service Cooperative (Bang Thanh Commune); Hoa Phat Cooperative (Phu Thong Commune) and Tan Thanh Agricultural Cooperative ( Bac Kan Ward). Up to now, the Provincial Cooperative Union has worked with 4 cooperatives, the remaining cooperatives will be inspected in the coming time.

Most cooperatives proposed to be supported with loans, application of science and technology , construction of factories, investment in machinery, training, and capacity building. In particular, many cooperatives want to be supported with digital transformation and application of artificial intelligence to improve production and business efficiency.

The inspection activities aim to promptly grasp the actual situation, advantages and difficulties of cooperatives, especially after the merger of Bac Kan and Thai Nguyen provinces. The inspection results will be an important basis for the Provincial Cooperative Union to advise and propose to the Provincial People's Committee to develop a more realistic plan and tasks for 2026.
