Accepting citizen registration until June 19

The Provincial People's Committee has just announced the registration for periodic citizen reception in June 2025 by the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee. Accordingly, the time for citizens to register is from the date of announcement until June 19 at the Provincial Citizen Reception Office (No. 02 Phan Luu Thanh, Ward 7, Tuy Hoa City).

The dossier includes: the registration form for regular citizen reception by the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; complaints, denunciations, recommendations, and reflections according to regulations; authorization letter for complaints (if the person is authorized to make the complaint); document appointing a representative (if the person is appointed as a representative to present the complaint content when many people complain about the same content); decision to resolve the first complaint, related documents (in case of second complaints, cases under the authority of the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee as prescribed in Clause 2, Article 21 of the 2011 Law on Complaints).

The Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee only considers receiving citizens periodically in June for cases registered according to the above time.
