At the ceremony, delegates heard the announcement of resolutions and decisions of the Central and local governments on merging administrative units, establishing party organizations, appointing Party committees, People's Councils, People's Committees, and Fatherland Front Committees of Dak Lak province, communes, and wards.
For Cu Pui commune, after the merger, the natural area is 314.08 km²; population size is 27,370 people. The working headquarters is located at the People's Committee of Cu Pui commune (old).
According to Decision 2572-QD/TU of the Provincial Party Executive Committee on the establishment of Cu Pui Commune Party Committee: The Commune Party Committee has 40 affiliated party organizations and 455 party members.
According to Decision 2573-QD/TU of the Provincial Party Standing Committee on appointing the Party Executive Committee, the Standing Committee and the positions of Secretary and Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of Cu Pui commune for the 2025 - 2030 term: The Party Executive Committee of Cu Pui commune for the 2025 - 2030 term consists of 20 comrades; the Standing Committee consists of 8 comrades; appointing comrade Le Van Long, Deputy Secretary, Chairman of the People's Committee of Krong Bong district, to hold the position of Secretary of the Party Committee of Cu Pui commune, term 2025 - 2030; comrade Y Kok Mdrang, District Party Committee member, Secretary of the Party Committee of Cu Pui commune, to hold the position of Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of Cu Pui commune, term 2025 - 2030; Comrade Huynh Duy Trung, District Party Committee member, Head of Finance and Planning Department of Krong Bong district, holds the position of Deputy Secretary of Cu Pui Commune Party Committee, term 2025 - 2030.

The ceremony also announced the resolutions of the Provincial People's Council on appointing the Chairman, Vice Chairman, Heads of People's Council Committees, People's Council delegates at the commune level and Chairman and Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Cu Pui commune, term 2021 - 2026.
Party Secretary and Chairman of the People's Council of Cu Pui Commune, Le Van Long, said that thanks to the active implementation of propaganda work to all cadres and people in the area, everyone was excited and happy to welcome the new administrative unit. Along with the propaganda work, the commune also directed cadres expected to work at the new unit to carry out steps to prepare for the operation of the two-level local government. From trial operation to arranging accommodation for cadres from the (old) district to work at the commune, everything has been carefully implemented. Up to now, the administrative apparatus at the commune, as well as the facilities, are ready to start operating.
Mr. Hoang Van Qua, Head of Ea Lang Village, Cu Pui Commune, excitedly said that merging and streamlining is a major policy of the Party and State with the aim of improving management efficiency and promoting socio -economic development. Therefore, the people in the village are very in agreement and support the government as well as the new administrative unit merged from two communes.

Mr. Phung Van Mai, a resident of Noh Prong village, Hoa Phong commune (old) now Cu Pui commune, shared that he is one of the Mong people from the northern mountainous provinces who migrated to live in Hoa Phong commune (old) for more than 20 years. This time is long enough for him and the Mong people here to be attached to this land. After Hoa Phong and Cu Pui communes merge, the people hope that the government will be closer to the people, and the people's lives will be further improved.
