People in the capital are bustling before the second A80 practice session at Ba Dinh Square.

On the evening of August 24, at Ba Dinh Square (Hanoi), the second parade rehearsal took place in preparation for the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution and National Day, September 2 (mission A80).

Since early afternoon, tens of thousands of Hanoians and domestic and foreign tourists have poured into the central streets, wearing red shirts with yellow stars, creating an exciting and bustling atmosphere like a big festival. Many families brought mats, chairs, and personal belongings to the sidewalk to reserve seats early to watch the parade.

According to SGGP reporters, by 5 p.m. the same day, the area around Ba Dinh Square, Hung Vuong Street, Nguyen Thai Hoc, Hang Chao, Thanh Nien... was packed with people, making it almost impossible to move.

At the intersection of Hang Chao – Nguyen Thai Hoc – Hung Vuong, from 4:30 p.m., people sang loudly “As if Uncle Ho were here on the great victory day” along with many songs praising the Party, Uncle Ho, and the Fatherland, joining the crowd of people waving red flags with yellow stars.

As with the first parade rehearsal (August 21), the authorities had already deployed a traffic diversion plan and barricaded the safety corridors from a distance to avoid congestion. However, by late afternoon, due to the large number of people arriving, some locations were forced to open the fences and guide people to move to appropriate areas.

On many streets such as the end of Hung Vuong, Nguyen Thai Hoc, and Hang Chao streets, large numbers of people gathered, waiting to watch the mass parade formation from Hang Day Stadium move to the assembly location, preparing for the general practice session.

The jubilant and solemn atmosphere before the second A80 training session at Ba Dinh Square became a special highlight, attracting the attention of many people in the capital and international friends.

On the sidewalks, in the smallest streets, people are crowded to watch the parades and marches.

On Hung Vuong Street, thousands of people arrived early, even sitting in the rain beforehand to get a good view of the parades passing by.

High points such as concrete pillars and truck beds are chosen by many people to observe parades and processions.

On Thanh Nien street, both sides of the road were also full of people.

Many families with young children waited for the general practice time.

Previously, the sudden shower did not bother people.

The area where Le Duan Street intersects with Nguyen Thai Hoc Street is also considered an easy area to observe the parade passing by.

Le Duan and Cua Nam areas are also crowded with people standing and sitting waiting for the second round of practice.
