On the afternoon of August 28, Hai An ward ( Hai Phong ) organized a dialogue conference between the Party Secretary and Chairman of the Ward People's Committee with cadres, party members and people in 2025.

At the conference, there were 10 opinions from delegates expressing interest in 19 different issues and fields, focusing on many opinions on infrastructure upgrading.

Specifically, the people requested the ward and city to pay attention to investing in improving the drainage system to prevent flooding in the area; investing in building cultural houses of residential groups; expanding Dang Lam kindergarten, speeding up the construction of the park at the resettlement area at point 3 Dang Hai; adding and installing a lighting system on Mai Trung Thu street, Ngo Hung street in front of Thanh To Primary School; installing traffic lights at the intersection of Le Hong Phong street and Tran Hoan street...

In addition, the people requested a solution for the resettlement project at Lot 10 of the expansion of the New Urban Area at the intersection of 5 and Cat Bi airport, which has been "suspended" for many years; to deal with the situation of rampant parking on Ly Hong Nhat and Tran Van Lan streets; and to close the Trang Cat landfill. At the same time, they hoped that the ward would continue to pay attention to training and improving the quality of activities of the community digital technology team...

At the conference, ward officials directly discussed and clarified the issues of concern to the people with a spirit of frankness and high responsibility. In addition, the heads of the Party and ward authorities directly discussed and provided additional information on key issues of concern to Party members and people. Regarding issues beyond the ward's authority, the ward Party Secretary requested the ward People's Committee to synthesize and report to the city before September 15, 2025.
