Deputy Head of the Ha Tinh National Assembly Delegation Tran Dinh Gia requested Ky Anh Town and relevant units to comprehensively evaluate the results of leadership and direction in implementing Resolution No. 43 of the National Assembly.
On the morning of January 3, Supervisory Delegation No. 9 chaired by Deputy Head of the Delegation of National Assembly Deputies of Ha Tinh, Tran Dinh Gia, had a thematic supervision session: "Implementation of Resolution No. 43/2022 of the National Assembly on fiscal and monetary policies to support the Socio-economic Recovery and Development Program and resolutions of the National Assembly on a number of important national projects until the end of 2023 in Ha Tinh" in Ky Anh town. |
The monitoring team conducted a field survey at the resettlement area of Ky Hoa commune, Ky Anh town.
Implementing Resolution No. 43/2022 of the National Assembly , Ky Anh Town has specified tasks and assigned implementation responsibilities to each unit, ward and commune.
In the two years of 2022 - 2023, focusing on implementing Resolution No. 43 has had a positive impact, contributing to removing difficulties, supporting production and business, promoting economic recovery, and making an important contribution to completing local socio-economic targets.
Along with that, in Ky Anh town, related units are also implementing a number of component projects such as: Investment project to build new, upgrade, and renovate 19 commune-level health stations in Ha Tinh province; National Highway 12C project to Formosa steel complex. These are projects related to the implementation of Resolution 43/2022 and Resolution 44/2022 on the investment policy for the North-South expressway construction project in the East phase 2021 - 2025 of the National Assembly.
The monitoring delegation surveyed the actual construction progress of the new Hung Tri Ward Medical Center, Ky Anh Town.
At the supervision session, delegates clarified a number of contents related to site clearance work; support for businesses, labor and employment policies, interest rate support, and the implementation of a number of projects during the implementation of Resolution No. 43/2022 and Resolution No. 44/2022 on investment policy for the North-South expressway construction project in the Eastern region in the 2021-2025 period of the National Assembly. At the same time, they proposed a number of solutions to improve relevant policies and laws, and improve the effectiveness of the resolution's implementation.

Speaking at the monitoring session, Deputy Head of the Ha Tinh National Assembly Delegation Tran Dinh Gia highly appreciated Ky Anh Town and related units for implementing the National Assembly's resolution on economic recovery and development and key national projects. This has had a positive impact on the production and business situation in the area and improved local infrastructure.
