Immediately after reviewing customers affected by natural disasters, the District Social Policy Bank Transaction Office temporarily suspended interest collection for 131 customers who borrowed capital due to storm No. 3 from the time of impact until December 31, 2024, extended debt and provided additional loans to customers facing difficulties with the hope that affected people would quickly overcome the damage, restore production and business, and stabilize their lives soon. In addition, the Transaction Office visited and supported 4 customers who suffered damage to their houses in the communes of Thu Ngac, My Thuan, and Kim Thuong.
This is a humane policy to help households that are borrowing from banks reduce their financial burden and support people affected by storm No. 3 who need new loans to restore production.
