The training course was organized directly from the Lai Chau Provincial People's Committee bridge connecting online to communes and wards in Lai Chau.

At the training course, Mr. Pham Quang Cuong, Deputy Director of the Department of Science and Technology, emphasized that in the context of the country vigorously implementing digital transformation, authorities at all levels must play a pioneering role in building a modern, effective, efficient, and people-centered administration.

In particular, the commune level is the place closest to the people, the place that receives and processes most of the daily administrative procedures. Therefore, improving the digital capacity of the commune and ward staff is an urgent and strategic task.

During the training course, trainees were trained on how to use the Executive Document Management System (https://qlvb.laichau.gov.vn); the Official Email System (https://mail.laichau.gov.vn); review and implement requests for new issuance, revocation, extension, and change of information on digital signature certificates for official use; register and study on the Digital Popular Education Portal (https://binhdanhocvuso.laichau.gov.vn)...

The training course is organized to equip leaders, cadres, civil servants and public employees of units under the People's Committees of communes and wards with basic but very important skills, helping to effectively apply digital technology to work.

Thereby helping leaders, cadres, civil servants and public employees of communes and wards improve their skills in using information systems, contributing to standardizing working processes at the grassroots level in the direction of e-government and digital government.
