Trieu Gia Dat - a marketing student at Ho Chi Minh City University of Economics and Finance (UEF) - surprised everyone when he transformed into Spiderman at his recent university graduation ceremony.

The boy from Da Lat, Lam Dong decided to transform into Spiderman because among the superhero characters, Spiderman is the most well-known image.

"I thank the people around me for helping me succeed as I am today. Dare to bring a mask to the stage to receive my diploma is also an affirmation of myself with the desire to become a useful person for society, helping others with my intelligence and ability," Trieu Gia Dat shared.

Trieu Gia Dat's video of receiving his university diploma also caused a stir in the online community right after it was shared. Besides opinions supporting the youth's freedom to be creative, there were also comments expressing confusion. Gia Dat said that this is normal because every difference will receive diverse opinions from the community.

"I study and work in the field of marketing communications, so I am used to coming up with new ideas and not afraid of the reactions of some public opinions. I have no regrets about creating a bachelor's degree like that. This is a new joy, a new journey on my next journey," the former UEF student expressed.
