Housing damage: 16 houses in Thuong Lam commune (Lam Binh) were flooded, mud and soil flooded into the houses causing damage to property inside. Damage to agriculture and forestry: Rice seedlings were flooded causing damage to about 400 m2 .
Traffic damage: Local roads: Landslide at Keo Nang Pass, Khuon Ha Commune, Lam Binh District, about 200 m3, causing traffic jam. District roads: Landslide on the Kem Pu - Na Vang route (at the Kem Pu intersection) caused local traffic jam. In Na Tong village, Thuong Lam commune, there were 3 landslides, mud and soil flowing into people's houses, the exact volume of which has not been determined.
The Department of Agriculture and Environment requires localities with flooded areas to direct the Management Board of irrigation works and people to urgently clear the system of ditches, troughs, and streams to drain water and minimize damage caused by flooding.
According to the forecast of the Meteorological and Hydrological Station, in the coming days, the weather in the province will continue to have rain, some places will have heavy rain, there is a possibility of tornadoes, lightning, hail, the risk of flash floods, landslides, rockslides in steep areas, and flooding in low-lying areas. Localities and people need to take proactive measures to respond.
