"I have been living in this area for more than ten years now, and have heard about the road expansion project for a long time. This road has many potholes, is congested every day, and is flooded and dirty when it rains. Around here, people build factories and level 4 boarding houses for rent, but there are few tall houses. I hope the project will be implemented soon so that people can renovate and repair their houses and stabilize their lives," said Mr. Quoc Dai (Bac Tu Liem).

The route regularly carries heavy trucks.

The end of Nguyen Hoan Ton Street, intersection with Pham Van Dong Street, right near the foot of Thang Long Bridge, is in a "bottleneck" state.
