The easy way for businesses to comply with new regulations

Decree 70, effective from June 1, 2025, stipulates that business households must fully implement the issuance of electronic invoices and tax declarations in accordance with legal procedures. This is a very correct policy, however, when specifically implemented, many business households, small shops, etc. encounter difficulties in the digital transformation process, especially because the cost of investing in cash registers, sales software or invoice printing equipment is not small.

In response to the mandatory requirement for business households, MB has responded and officially announced the program of giving away the mSeller application for free, installed and used directly on smartphones. The mSeller App is a sales management application developed by MB, helping customers to place sales orders, manage revenue and make payments quickly via dynamic QR codes of MB Bank. Notably, mSeller allows business households and sellers to create invoices and issue electronic invoices while supporting data synchronization for tax declaration and settlement in accordance with the regulations of state tax agencies.

Thanks to that, business people can fully comply with the regulations of Decree 70 quickly, easily and cost-effectively.

The mSeller application is designed to be minimalistic and easy to use on the phone, helping sellers create orders and issue electronic invoices with just a few touches on the phone. Without the need for a specialized accounting platform, without the need to install accounting software, without the need to buy a printer or cash register, sellers can still ensure full compliance with the provisions of Decree 70.

Mr. Vu Hong Phu, Executive Board Member, Bank Representative said, "More than 15,000 small businesses such as grocery stores, restaurants, home appliance stores... have successfully deployed and used the mSeller App without having to hire accountants or invest in additional equipment. The bank expects the number of users to increase sharply in the near future, when the new regulations officially take effect."

In addition to the free mSeller application, MB is ready with an advanced tool called the MB Smart Payment Speaker - with just this single integrated sales device, sellers can not only manage orders, revenue, and issue electronic invoices, but also do so completely hands-free. Receive audio notification through the speaker when there is a money transfer transaction into the account. The seller will not miss the money in the daily reality of operating the store, the business is always busy and has little support.

The advanced feature is especially useful in busy sales situations or retail operations, helping sellers confirm payments immediately, reducing confusion and increasing transparency when reconciling.

The mSeller application is easy to use, easy to install and highly compatible with many sales models, from small shops, cheap restaurants, traditional market stalls to online sales via social networks.
