At the meeting, the Department of Education and Training reported on difficulties, problems, recommendations and proposals for temporary guidance from competent authorities on the appointment and reappointment process for units under the commune level (including public education units).

Public kindergartens, primary schools, and secondary schools under the management of the People's Committees of communes and the Department of Education and Training will be subject to local regulations when recruiting.
