These days, every officer and soldier at the Tay Ninh Provincial Military Command is urgently working together to decorate and embellish the common house. The bright red Party and national flags fly proudly from the main gate to all internal roads. The "artisans" are carefully trimming each flower garden and ornamental tree. The system of billboards and posters are all aimed at promoting and encouraging the success of Party congresses at all levels.
Lieutenant Colonel Luong Ba Toan, Head of the Propaganda Department, Political Department of Tay Ninh Provincial Military Command said: “We have determined that every cadre, party member and soldier is a propagandist, a core member in this peak emulation period. In that competitive atmosphere, the Youth Union and young people of the provincial armed forces have put on a youthful and creative appearance in the Wall Newspaper Contest. The wall newspapers with the theme "Solidarity, democracy, discipline, creativity, determination to win" are where the members express their enthusiasm, intelligence and love for the Party. Each verse, article and drawing touches people's hearts, demonstrating the continuation of tradition and the aspiration to rise up of the provincial armed forces in the new era.
Lieutenant Nguyen Minh Dang, Assistant for Mass Mobilization, shared: “The wall newspaper contest is a way for union members and young people to demonstrate their competitive spirit and strive to build a strong, comprehensive, and exemplary Tay Ninh Provincial Armed Forces. At the same time, through that, we hope that the success of the Congress will continue to lead and direct the building of a strong, compact, and modern provincial armed forces in the era of national development, firmly protecting national independence and sovereignty .”

One of the next achievements of the militia force of Binh Hoa commune was to coordinate with the police force and Thuan Binh Border Guard Station (Tay Ninh Border Guard Command) to prevent and arrest 2 subjects who were "begging for money" from people while traveling on the border patrol route, contributing to ensuring security and order, further strengthening the people's trust in the People's Armed Forces.
Comrade Tran Truong An, Commander of the Military Command of Binh Hoa Commune, said: “Immediately after implementing the two-level government and merging the area, the Military Command of the Commune organized a survey and adjusted the combat readiness plans. To keep the image of Uncle Ho's soldiers shining in the hearts of the people, units in the provincial armed forces also simultaneously launched mass mobilization work in border communes, remote areas, and ethnic minority areas.
In Tan Phu commune, Regiment 174, Tay Ninh Provincial Military Command mobilized hundreds of officers and soldiers to clear and clean the road over 10km long, plant flowers, and improve the landscape. Despite the hardship, each comrade showed spirit, responsibility, and meticulousness. People witnessed the soldiers working tirelessly in the hot sun, and everyone was moved. One of the most vivid evidences of the military-civilian relationship is the image of officers and soldiers of Company 2, Defense Command of Region 2 - Go Dau helping Mr. Pham Van Du, a lonely old man in Ben Cau commune, rebuild a new, spacious house to replace his dilapidated thatched roof.
Captain Pham Minh Trung, Captain of Company 2, shared: “In addition to helping the people, the unit often builds a vegetable garden or a squash trellis for each household from the army’s surplus. These simple but practical actions have made the people trust and love the army more. Each action to help the people is a “brick” that contributes to building a solid foundation of military-civilian affection.”
Each meaningful and practical work is the most beautiful flower towards the Provincial Military Party Congress and Party Congresses at all levels. These are also activities that contribute to affirming the role of Tay Ninh Armed Forces in the core of building a strong defense zone, protecting the Party, government and people, contributing to the cause of building and defending the Fatherland in the new situation.
