Adhering to the training motto of “Basic, practical, solid”, focusing on synchronous and in-depth training; closely following the tasks, plans, combat objects, battlefields, organization and technical equipment, in 2 days, the Brigade established 2 working groups, organized inspections of practical operations of combat deployment tables: Preparing for combat, preparing for emergency sea travel; mobilizing ships to leave and dock, going in narrow waterways, avoiding and destroying drifting mines, rescuing people falling into the water; attacking missiles and torpedoes; fighting against air and sea… The highlight of this inspection was that the Brigade used smoke bullets for soldiers to practice the life-saving battle table in the hold close to reality.
Lieutenant Colonel Tran Van Vuong, Brigade Commander, said: Thoroughly implementing the spirit of close inspection and accurate assessment, all combat surface ships of the unit have successfully completed the training program, achieved the set goals and requirements, and ensured absolute safety in all aspects. Officers and soldiers have a firm grasp of professional knowledge, responsibilities, and tasks; and coordinated combat operations of the sector and the entire ship quickly, accurately, and flexibly with the tactical situations presented by the inspection team.
Immediately after the inspection, the Brigade will organize a review of experiences to further improve the quality of combat training and combat readiness to meet the requirements of the task of firmly protecting the sovereignty of the sea and islands of the Fatherland in the new period.
