Applying technology and improving team's professional capacity
Based on a solid technology foundation, Long Chau will accompany the technology team of Ho Chi Minh City University of Medicine and Pharmacy Hospital to develop and apply AI in healthcare, aiming to improve treatment compliance, promote healthy lifestyles and optimize medical efficiency. In-depth training courses on AI application will also be deployed for the management and operation team, creating a stepping stone to contribute to bringing smarter, more comprehensive and convenient medical services to the people.
Along with technology, the cooperation also focuses on people. A team of leading doctors and experts from the University of Medicine and Pharmacy Hospital in Ho Chi Minh City will coordinate with Long Chau to organize specialized training programs for the medical council, doctors, nurses and pharmacists. This is an important step to standardize capacity, ensure absolute safety for customers and realize the goal of becoming an "extended arm" of the medical industry in community health care.
Spreading the spirit of volunteerism, joining hands to build a humane and sustainable medical ecosystem
With the principle of putting people at the center, the cooperation between the two units continues to expand charitable activities, targeting the disadvantaged and communities in remote areas.
The free mobile medical examination and treatment trips will be coordinated between leading doctors and experts from the University of Medicine and Pharmacy Hospital in Ho Chi Minh City, along with a team of more than 20,000 pharmacists, doctors and nurses working at 2,240 pharmacies and 190 Long Chau vaccination centers (as of August) across provinces and cities nationwide, contributing to strengthening prevention, early screening and improving public health.

Promoting professional connections and international cooperation
Another highlight is the establishment of a direct hotline between Ho Chi Minh City University of Medicine and Pharmacy Hospital and the Long Chau pharmacy system and vaccination center, creating a "safety shield" to help customers feel secure in their health care journey.
Connecting hospital-level healthcare with pharmacies and vaccination centers will enhance coordination and support for people in many emergency medical situations that may occur in and near Long Chau's business locations.
The two sides also agreed to expand international cooperation, creating a bridge to share expertise between the Vietnamese medical team and hospitals and medical universities in the region and the world . The goal is to bring medical advances closer to the Vietnamese people, helping patients easily access equal and modern health care services like in developed countries.
